Refund Policy
Many
of our events require a guaranteed
number when booking, therefore fees for
those cancelling after the sign-up
deadline and "no-shows" on the day of an
event will not be refunded. Cancellation
must be made prior to the registration
deadline to receive a refund.
Registrants are responsible for the cost
of their reserved spot. After the
registration deadline, canceling players
may only receive a refund if their spot
is able to be filled from the waiting
list. If the Mid-TN EWGA cancels the
event, for lack of
registrants or inclement weather, you
will be notified and a full refund will
be given. |
